I do require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to reschedule or cancel your appointment 48 hours prior you will be charged the full amount of the service.
If you book The Glam service but then decide you just want your makeup done, you will still be charged the full amount for The Glam service.
For Brides I require a 2 month notice to cancel your services. If you decide to cancel your services and it is not 2 months prior to your wedding date you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance.
For Bridal Parties I require a 1 month notice to make any changes (adding/taking away the number of people needing makeup done)
If you are taking away from the original number of applications needed and did not inform me 1 month prior, you will still be charged the original price of makeup applications needed when you first booked with me. If you are needing additional makeup applications and do not inform me 1 month prior to wedding date then you will be charged an additional $25 on top of the $80 for makeup application as an inconvenience fee for each additional makeup application needed.
No makeup application is guaranteed until a signed contract and 25% non refundable deposit has been received. Once I have both your appointment will be secured and we can set a date for your trial. (if applicable) When signing the contract you are agreeing to my cancellation policy in prior section above. When sending me an e-mail to inquire about makeup service you are agreeing that you have read and agree to my policies.
An invoice will be sent to you via e-mail through the Square App. Invoice must be paid once it has been received. Remaining balance can be made in payments leading up to wedding/ service date or paid in full a week prior to event date. Payment will only be accepted in full and in one form of payment.
